Community Care Advice Centre
The Community Care Advice Centre (CCAC) is the first point
of contact for anyone over the age of 18 wanting:
- information and advice about adult care and support
- the opportunity to discuss they situation or that of
someone they care for
- to find out about services we can provide
Referrals can be made by yourself, next of
kin, other care professionals working in social care or
occupational therapy
services.
To get information, help and advice or to make a
referral
Please do not use this number for enquiries about blue badges, freedom
passes or the mobility card
scheme.
