Planning Committees

There are three regional planning committees that cover the 21 wards in Redbridge. The committees determine residential planning applications and are set up as follows:

Regional Planning Committee South

Chadwell, Clementswood, Cranbrook, Goodmayes, Loxford, Mayfield, Newbury Park, Seven Kings and Valentines Wards).

Regional Planning Committee West

Bridge, Church End, Monkhams, Roding, Snaresbrook and Wanstead Wards.

Regional Planning Committee North

Aldborough, Barkingside, Clayhall, Fairlop, Fullwell and Hainault Wards.

The Regulatory Committee makes decisions on large scale and major developments within Redbridge. Meetings are held once a month in Redbridge Town Hall.
