How the Customer Contact Centre can assist you

• Find out what day your recycling is collected - please call the Customer Contact Centre on 0208 554 5000, or email customer.cc@redbridge.gov.uk.

• Overflowing flats recycling bins - please call the Customer Contact Centre on 0208 554 5000 or email customer.cc@redbridge.gov.uk.

• Overflowing public or school recycling bins - please call Shanks East London direct on 0800 389 9918.

• Book a free green garden waste collection - please call the Customer Contact Centre on 0208 554 5000 or email customer.cc@redbridge.gov.uk. Alternatively, book a collection by completing the on-line form.
