Listening to your complaintsYour views are important to us. We want to know what think about our services and whether they meet your needs and expectations. We can use this information to make sure that we get it right the next time. So, if you are not satisfied with a service or the way you have been treated, please tell us about it. Complaints can be made in three ways

  • Complete an on-line complaints form;
  • Contact our Customer Contact Centre  on 020 8554 5000
  • Pick up a form from the One Stop Shop in Ilford High Road, local libraries or other service outlets.
