Welcome to Redbridge Adult Social

Trust page.
We aim to deliver:
- high quality care services for adults and children living
in Redbridge.
- provide care, support and assistance to a wide range of people
who live across the borough.
Adults and Older People
We provide care and support to enable you to live as
independently as possible in your home and/or community.
-
Community Care – services and support for adults and carers who
need social services
-
The Learning Disability Partnership - services and support for
people with a learning disability and their carers in the London
Borough of Redbridge and Waltham Forest.
Safeguarding Adults
Transforming Adult Social Care
Adult Social Care is transforming the way services are provided
to adults who receive social care support. From April 2011 anybody
over the age of 18 will have genuine choice and control over the
services they receive and how they are provided.
Children and Families
We provide services directly as well as bring together
information, advice and guidance about local and national services
available to support parents as they bring up their
children.
As well as providing services directly we also bring together
information, advice and guidance about local and national services
available to support parents as they bring up their
children through our Families Information Direct service.
Safeguarding Children
The
Redbridge Local Safeguarding Children
Board (LSCB) is a key statutory partnership, which is
responsible for ensuring that organisations/agencies within
Redbridge co-operate to safeguard and promote the welfare of all
children in Redbridge and to ensure the effectiveness of this
work.
